  Presentation and plating is well done at Uoyakutei.
  
  Green tea cheesecake was a healthy grade of earthy tones from the tea and surprisingly thick, rich cream. The sweetest thing in that dessert is the dark chocolate garnish.
  
  While the riceless Sunset and Kobe Beef rolls were beautiful, the taste was a little lackluster in comparison. It wasn't bad, but with such a lovely presentation I was expecting a little more delight in each bite.
  
  I'd like to come back again and give this place another shot, because they're very attentive and seem to put a lot of care into their business.
